We strengthen families by promoting parental resilience, social and emotional competence and concrete support in times of need. Our team focuses on:

  • Connecting - bringing families and individuals in need together with helpful organizations and family resources
  • Coordinating - combining our resources with the efforts of other organizations
  • Collaborating - working with our partner organizations to provide the help people need
